**COVID UPDATE** During this pandemic, we are taking extra measures to ensure our home is safe for each guest. Our home is professionally cleaned between each stay from top to bottom, it is aired out, and special attention has always been given to high touch areas.
Our home is perfect for families with children, couples or friends that want the full SoCal experience. 4 Bedrooms, 2 Living areas, 1 Dining Room, 1 additional dining table, and a full kitchen. There is a work station available in the master bedroom along with fast internet to conveniently work from home for remote workers. The rooms get great natural light during the day and noise-level inside the rooms are very low.
- Master Bedroom has a King bed, work station and it’s own master bathroom.
- Bedroom #2: Full-over-Full Bunkbed
- Bedroom #3: Queen Bed + Full-sized Crib
- Bedroom #4: Queen Bed + Pack and Play
- There is a second full bathroom in the hallway with a bathtub.
Our home has been arranged to be family-friendly and safe for infants & kids! The cabinets and outlets are child-proofed, the fireplaces have padding on edges, and there is a self latching safety fence around the pool in the backyard. It comes equip with a high chair, pack and play, one full-sized crib, bassinet, toys, books, baby bath tub, and changing table. The house is located in a quiet residential area.
Outside:
Our backyard has a BBQ grill, patio table and chairs, and a large pool with a self-latching security fence for your enjoyment.
Guests are welcome to use the entire place as their own. The home comes fully stocked with toiletries, towels, dinnerware, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, rice cooker, air fryer, blender, microwave, hot/cold water dispenser, oven, etc. The home has central A/C and Heating, fast Wifis and smart TVS, a projector screen, washer/dryer, and more.

Guest Access
You will have access to the entire home and backyard with a pool. The pool has a safety gate all the way around. We will provide you with check-in instructions prior to your stay.
By booking our home, you are agreeing to our strict house rules of no pets, no events/parties and no smoking (inside or outside) policy. You also agree to follow all house rules and the check-out instructions. Only disclosed guests are allowed on the premises at anytime. Government issued ID will be required to verify identity.

Other things to note
Please ensure that you have a complete profile, provide your government ID, email and phone with Airbnb. Only the disclosed guests are allowed on the premises at any time. Some longer stay bookings (28+) will require a signed lease.
After booking confirmation, if requested by host, guest must remit a security deposit $250-500.
Government issued ID is required to verify identity.

IMPORTANT ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION:
There are several areas inside the home that require steps. There is a step-down where the living room and dining room meets the kitchen, and another step down that leads to the backyard and to one of the
bedrooms. One of the bathrooms requires a step up for access. For this reason, our home is not wheelchair friendly. We also would caution you to watch your step and to ensure any and all children are monitored at all times.

-City noise ordinance in effect 10pm-7am
This unit is privately owned; the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
